Return Policy
At YL Camera, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to YL Camera within 7 days of receipt of item(s). Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

How to return an item:
- In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) number.
- To request an RMA number by phone, call Customer Service at 603-21427810 / 6012-3977610
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton.
- Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

- All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- YL Camera is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
- Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
- RMA numbers are valid for 7 days.
YL Camera is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
Warranty Categories & Condition
Products in YL Camera can be categorized into the following warranty categories:
- Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee
- YL Camera Warranty (FOR USED PRODUCTS)
- Original Manufacturer Warranty
For Money Back Guarantee product, buyer has to stated the reason for returns. If the product is not up to buyer expectation or satisfaction, buyer can return the product to YL Camera for a full refund provided the product were faulty or not functioning as it shall be (less shipping cost)
For YL Camera Warranty, it means that the product is usually a direct purchased From Overseas & Used Products,YL Camera will offer one year warranty to the product as what the manufacturer(NEW) is offering & For Used Products Are 3 Months Warranty,All products are actually having local Overseas warranty. In case of warranty claim, Malaysia buyer just need to ship the product to YL Camera address in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. We will then ship the product to Overseas for warranty claim at our own cost. For oversea buyers, please contact us for the shipping address in Malaysia).
For Original Manufacturer Warranty product, it means that the product is covered under original manufacturer warranty. Buyer will be provided with the official warranty card by the manufacturer. In case of warranty claim, buyer can choose to send the product directly to manufacturer or to YL Camera, at buyer choice.
For faulty or defective product/s, YL Camera will pay for the return shipping cost (compensate as shopping point to customer's account at YL Camera). Customer must inform YL Camera within 7 days after receiving the product/s. After 7 days, customers will have to pay for return shipping cost to claim for warranty.
Lost / Damaged Parcel
YL Camera Guarantee that all products shipped from YL Camera will reach OUR CUSTOMERS in its Original Condition! YL Camera Insured all the shipped parcel at our own cost (customers do not have to pay for the insurance). In case of a lost or damaged parcel, YL Camera will take Full Responsibility and compensate you with a New Shipment or Full Refund!
