The Olympus  PRO ZERO Protection Filter is a simple, clear filter designed for general protection for your lens. This optically clear filter does not affect the overall image quality while helping reduce dust, scratches, moisture, and other elements from damaging your lens.

The thin Zuiko Extra-low Reflection Optical (ZERO) coating works to produce a clear and high contrast image by reducing reflections. The coating also benefits from the vacuum deposition method to prevent scratches to ensure stable low-reflective performance.

The optical glass filter is set within a one-piece matte black anodized aluminum ring, which lessens the likelihood of vignetting if used on a wide-angle lens. There is also a black coating on the glass edge to reduce reflections. Knurling can be found on the frame that makes the filter easy to attach and remove. Additionally, the ring features front threads for attaching additional filters or lens caps.
