The 28mm f/2.8 Lens from SLR Magic is a compact manual focus lens for APS-C-format Sony E-mount mirrorless cameras, and provides a 42mm equivalent focal length. It's simple mechanical design promotes sharp focus and a smooth-action focus ring with "Near" and "Far" markings to assist in finding focus. The aperture adjustment ring also provides markings indicating which aperture shape you are setting. A built-in lens hood provides a 37mm filter thread diameter.

On Sony E-mount APS-C cameras, this lens provides the 35mm focal length equivalency of 42mm.
