The 8x22 Safari Ultrasharp Binocular from Steiner features Roof prisms and high contrast anti-glare coated optics that deliver improved image clarity across the entire field of view. It offers a wide 7.1° angle of view, a center focus, and allows for a diopter and interpupillary distance adjustments. The minimum focus distance is 10'. For a comfortable viewing with or without glasses, the binocular has fold-down non-aging rubber eyecups.
To add durability and a comfortable sure grip, the waterproof binocular also features NBR rubber contoured armoring, which is shock resistant and repels oil and abrasives. Also included with the binocular are a soft case and a strap.
Designed to reproduce sharp and naturally-colored images, this binocular features high-contrast UV-coated optics that ensure optimum light transmission. Plus, a luminosity rating of 14.1 and twilight factor of 15.5 ensure bright and clear images even under low-light conditions, making the Safari UltraSharp suitable for bird watching or hunting in the early hours of the morning.
