This support clamps the front of the lens for stability and has an integrated tripod foot for direct mounting. Its dedicated design also incorporates a series of index notches that work in conjunction with the physical design of the lens barrel for accurate registration depending on the direction of the shift. Additionally, a built-in bubble level also helps to ensure level horizons.
