Updated to a larger screen size for both gimbal and handheld use, this lightweight, compact S55 V3 6" 4K HDMI Monitor from FeelWorld now features a bright 6" IPS LCD screen, HDMI input and output, multiple display features, and the ability to power select cameras via a DC output to power an accessory or a camera.
Bright 6" IPS LCD
This updated S55 V3 model features a native 1920 x 1080 resolution, a 160° viewing angle, 450 cd/m² brightness, a contrast ratio of 1000:1, and support for video resolutions up to DCI 4K. Its larger 6" display size gives you a large, accurate view of your footage.
The display supports up to DCI 4K24, UHD 4K30, 1080p60, and SD video resolutions.
Mounting Options
Mount the S55 V3 monitor via its 1/4"-20 threads on the bottom or side, or use the included tilt arm to mount it on your camera or stabilizer's shoe mount.
Power Options
The S55 V3 is powered by one Sony L-series or Canon LP-E6 battery using its built-in, dual-purpose battery mount. It can also be powered via an optional DC barrel power adapter or USB-C power source such as a power bank or computer.
Use the 8.4 VDC barrel output and a separately available dummy battery to power select DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
User-Assignable Buttons and Controls
The built-in firmware menu controls are intuitive and easy to learn.
There are also three custom function buttons that you can set as quick preset functions, and it will store your custom settings every time you turn on the monitor.
Color and 3D LUTs
The monitor uses the professional Rec.709 HD color standard, and it is calibrated with professional instruments at the factory. It achieves accurate color reproduction and does not distort colors, showing a high-fidelity image on the display.
You can add custom 3D LUTs to make color calibration easier and more intuitive, optimizing your workflow. You can utilize four built-in Log to Rec.709 LUTs or upload custom .cube files. You can load up to 32 custom LUTs, looks, or profiles at any time via the USB-C input.
Sun Hood
The monitor is equipped with a sun hood, which allows the operator to focus more on video capture while avoiding glare and reflections.
The hood is easy to apply using hook-and-loop strips, so it can be installed and removed very quickly.
