Sony XLR-A4 Overview

Add two XLR inputs and enjoy improved audio quality with your Sony a7R VI or a7 V using the XLR-A4 XLR Adapter. This adapter supports recording with a 96 kHz sampling rate and 32-bit float and can generated separate WAV files that are saved in-camera to expedite the editing process. It connects to the camera via its Multi-Interface Shoe for a cable-free digital audio interface and has dual ADCs and four-channel input.

It has two combo XLR-1/4" inputs along with a 3.5mm mic input and, for easier operation, includes physical controls and dials located on the side with covers to prevent against accidental changes in the middle of a take. Additionally, there is also an integrated microphone holder.
