Using the power of Insta360 algorithms, the top and bottom lenses of the A1 stitch together a single 360° shot with the drone removed from the final video. By capturing every angle at up to 8K resolution, you can reframe the perfect shot later and incorporate different views into your content from just one flight. The included watch and ring remotes take the place of a traditional gamepad-style controller, simplifying control for easy repositioning for tracking shots, changing flight modes, and activating basic operations, such as takeoff, landing, and return to home.

Watch and Ring Control

When trying to track and record yourself, using a traditional controller with a phone can be cumbersome and waste precious time. The Follow Me kit aims to solve that by giving you an easier and more intuitive way to film, even while you're running or riding. The kit replaces the gamepad-style remote with a watch and a ring. The smartwatch-style watch controller is your primary interface for drone movement/positioning, takeoffs, landings, return to home, changing flight modes, and providing a live view from the drone.

The companion ring works with the watch to give you quick gesture control over the A1 when you can't interface with the watch screen by enabling the Drag-to-Fly feature. Move your arm for up, down, left, and right. Rotate your forearm inwards to fly closer to the subject, or outward to fly farther away. Imagine riding a bike, glancing at the screen to see the A1 is a bit too high, then reaching out invisibly to pull it lower.

Auto Editing

While the A1 lets you take the time to frame shots later and infinitely edit your 360° footage, sometimes you just need a polished and ready-to-upload video right now. ANTIGRAVITY offers two single-tap automatic editing options.

• One-Tap Cinematics: With a single tap in the ANTIGRAVITY app, main subjects in your 360° footage are recognized, highlights are automatically identified, and cinematic movements are selected and added. All of this is done in sync with the music you've selected. It's an ideal solution to get dynamic and pro-quality videos done in minutes for quick sharing on social media.
• Free Your Frame: Accomplish simple reframing with a single tap. Tap to have the viewpoint in your footage smoothly swing from forward to the side, or down, or behind the A1.

Automatic Landing Gear

The futuristic filming and flight of the ANTIGRAVITY A1 are also reflected in its operation. Once you power on the A1, the landing gear automatically folds out to let you place it safely on the ground. Once you take off, the landing gear automatically folds back inside and out again right before you land.

Safety First

In addition to integrated obstacle avoidance, ANTIGRAVITY offers multiple features to ensure that you have a safe flight with the A1.

• FreeMotion: This mode automatically aligns the nose of the A1 with the flight direction, giving forward-facing sensors optimal positioning for obstacle avoidance while looking around with optional Vision goggles.
• Payload Detection: If you add weight to the A1, it will automatically flag the excess weight upon takeoff, triggering an immediate landing to prevent misuse of the A1.
• With the press of a button, you can activate the Return to Home feature, which will have the A1 plot a course back to the takeoff point while using obstacle avoidance to stay safe along the way.
• The Follow Me bundle includes four full-coverage guards to go over each propeller, helping to reduce any damage or injury in the case of an accidental collision.
