The Legende Series 1 Carbon Fiber Travel Tripod with Ball Head and Leather Backpack Kit from Gitzo is ultra-compact and has legs constructed from Carbon eXact tubing for strength and rigidity in a slim silhouette, aluminum twist lock collars keep the tripod at the designated height. It offers a 64.96" maximum height, and a four-section design with a 180° reverse-folding system pioneered by Gitzo enables the legs to fold around the center column and head to a collapsed length of 16.93" for storage or travel. In addition, independent leg spread allows leveling on uneven terrain, and locking leg spread angles and a short center column get down for low-angle or macro shots. Compact rubber-tipped feet provide traction without marring surfaces, and they can be easily replaced if needed. An included is an eco-leather shoulder strap that ensures a comfortable carry option.
The new Gitzo professional Center Ball Head is a slim design constructed of high-quality, high-resistance steel and aluminum components. Perfectly balanced, versatile, and engineered with friction-control knob, it ensures uncompromising smoothness and precision of movement. The Arca-type compatible quick release plate works with Gitzo D profile plates as well as most Arca-type plates from other brands. The plate locks with a screw knob and is equipped with bubble-level to help keep a straight horizon.
Included in this kit is the Legende Camera Backpack, an ideal carrying solution for those seeking elegance and functionality in a timeless design. Created to easily accommodate full-frame mirrorless cameras and up to 2 additional lenses, the camera compartment is equipped with soft brush fabric and highly adaptable dividers to organize and protect gear. Single side access allows you to easily slide the bag across the chest to reach gear without touching the ground. Thoughtfully crafted storage compartments offer unparalleled security, versatility, and organization. The side tripod pocket is expandable and made to carry the Gitzo Legende tripod and includes a roll-top pocket for personal items, and a second side roll-top water bottle pocket. The top compartment is ideal for personal belongings, and a dedicated padded laptop compartment holds up to 15" device plus additional tablet pocket. SecureLock zippers with lockable pulls and RFID-protected side pocket ensure belongings always stay safe. The Legende backpack is sustainably made using cruelty-free, environmental-friendly, and non-toxic synthetic leather, and the main external fabric is 100% recycled polyester. The included rain cover offers further protection from extreme conditions, while a dust-resistant pouch safeguards bag when not in use.
